Job Description
Aramex Sydney is seeking an experienced and commercially mindedFinance Business Partnerto join our Finance team.
n
Reporting to theHead of Finance – Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across Sales, Operations and Account Management to drive business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic decision support.
n
This is more than a traditional finance role, you'll be a trusted advisor who helps shape business decisions, improve profitability, and influence long-term strategic outcomes. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, provide commercial insights, and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business units.
n
Deliver insightful financial analysis, variance reporting and performance commentary.
n
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
n
Partner with business leaders to provide commercial guidance on pricing,
investment, resourcing and operational decisions.
n
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
n
Drive improvements in financial reporting, planning processes and business insights.
n
Analyse customer, product and segment profitability to support commercial decision-making.
n
Support initiatives that improve profitability, operational efficiency and business performance.
n
To be Successful in this role:
n
CA or CPA qualification with a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
n
Minimum7 years' finance experience, including at least5 years in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
n
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience using financial systems and BI tools such as Power BI highly regarded.
n
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Previous experience within logistics, transport or another operational setting will be highly regarded.
