We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Rouse Hill store. This is a maternity leave contract for up to 8 months.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
n
- The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
n
- A growth mindset,

- A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‐performing teams

- Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

- Own whole‐of‐store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences

- Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales

- Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‐on mentoring and on‐floor leadership

Store Operations

- Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities

- Oversee day‐to‐day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
n
- Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
n
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
