Senior Business Analyst (Squiz Matrix)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to join a energetic environment where you will lead requirement captures, optimise complex processes, and shape key digital solutions within an Agile framework.

What You Will Do:

n

n
- Lead the capture and development of business and solution requirements as User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
n
- Develop and analyze process diagrams utilizing Business Process Management Notation (BPMN).
n
- Provide business process analysis support to projects through detailed Business Impact Assessments.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage consultations across a diverse set of government and non-government stakeholders.
n
- Provide expert business analyst advice for project artefacts, including functional requirements, statements of work, and test scenarios.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

n

n
- Proven experience in business requirements capture, process modelling,



and requirements testing within a government environment.
n
- Hands-on experience with Squiz Matrix implementations and understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
n
- Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions through Agile iteration and sprint cycles using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
n
- Advanced proficiency with BPMN software and drawing tools, such as MS Visio.
n
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience applying Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
n
