Senior CRM Business Analyst

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation implementations? We are seeking a skilled skilled to lead the end-to-end definition of detailed stakeholder and solution requirements for a major CRM initiative.

You will play a critical role in mapping processes, defining functional requirements, and producing high-quality artefacts to support upcoming procurement activities and supplier evaluations.

What You Will Do:

n

- Map current state and define future state business processes across multiple streams.
n
- Capture detailed functional, non-functional, and integration requirements for the new solution.
n
- Define transition requirements, including data cleansing, data migration, and role-based access models.
n
- Gather key reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements from diverse stakeholders.
n
- Facilitate engaging workshops with business SMEs and technical teams to achieve approved, traceable documentation.
n

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Proven experience leading end-to-end business analysis on large-scale transformation projects.
n




- Demonstrated expertise in current and future state process mapping and enterprise redesign.
n
- Strong background in producing high-quality requirements artefacts for major procurement activity and supplier evaluation.
n
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
n
- Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, data migration planning, and CRUD matrix development.
n
- You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights to be considered.
