You will be working across an exciting and energetic portfolio of multi-residential projects including build to sell, built to rent, affordable housing, retirement living etc, bringing strong communication skills and team leading ability.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Multi Residential Specialist
- Leading multiple projects as a Project Director
- 10-15+ years’ experience
- Leading Feasibility Studies, Fee Proposals and Bids
- Participation in Business Development / Public Speaking
- Larger Project Experience
- Architect, Registered
