We are partnering with a well-established organisation that is going through an exciting period of change, with a number of key remuneration projects underway alongside upcoming Enterprise Agreement (EA) expiry activity. As a result, they are looking to bring an experienced Remuneration Analyst into their Remuneration, Benefits & Systems team for a 6-month contract, working 0.8 FTE.

About the role:

This is a hands-on technical remuneration role where you will provide additional capability across a range of important remuneration activities and projects.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
- Salary benchmarking and remuneration analysis
n
- Supporting annual remuneration review processes
n
- Job evaluation and position evaluation
n
- Working across remuneration projects and initiatives
n
- Supporting remuneration activity associated with upcoming EA expiry
n
- Providing data-driven remuneration insights to support business decisions
n
- Applying Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
n
- Interpreting and applying relevant Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
n
- Preparing reports and undertaking detailed remuneration analysis
n
- Supporting the broader Remuneration, Advantages & Systems team as required
n
n
About you We are looking for a technically strong remuneration professional who can hit the ground running and work autonomously in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:
n
n
- Strong hands-on remuneration experience
n
- Proven experience across salary benchmarking, remuneration analysis and annual remuneration reviews
n
- Strong Korn Ferry job evaluation experience – essential
n
- Experience working with Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
n
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/data capability
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage highly confidential information
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- The confidence to work independently and provide sound technical remuneration advice
n
