Job Description

Based in the outer east region, Winslow Constructors is looking for multiple civil labourers to join the team! These are full-time roles offering above-award hourly rates, allowances and perks like RDO accruals and annual leave.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with a variety of civil construction tasks including trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site preparation
n
- Support site mobilisation and demobilisation activities
n
- Carry out bulk earthworks and grade checking
n
- Install temporary fencing and maintain site grounds
n
- Perform spotting duties to ensure safety around plant and equipment
n
- Operate hand‐held and power tools when required
n
- Operate small plant and equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Undertake manual handling tasks and assist leading hands/foremen with any site requirements
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
n
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver quality outcomes
n

Qualifications

n

n




- Previous experience in civil construction or a similar industry
n
- Previous experience on subdivision work (advantageous)
n
- Plant tickets (advantageous but not required)
n
- Ability to provide references to support your experience
n
- White Card (Construction Induction)
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Experience with small plant and hand tools
n
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
