You'll be the go-to person for our Bowral branch and our amazing customers - making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.

What you'll be doing:

- Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs
n
- Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
n
- Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
n
- Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
n
- Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better
n

- A customer service superstar

- Someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
