The Safe Step is seeking an experienced Site EHS Manager to lead safety, health and environmental activities at our Melbourne site. You will report to the Head of EHS and contribute to the Site Leadership Team, embedding a proactive safety culture across a complex industrial workplace.

You will engage with shop floor teams, coach leaders and drive safe work practices in a hands-on role that goes beyond compliance. This is a leadership position with high visibility and impact.
