What you'll be doing

- Cooking to a high standard on a fast-paced, high-volume section
n
- Bringing energy, consistency and pride to every service
n
- Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to keep standards sharp and service smooth
n
- Helping shape specials, seasonal menu tweaks and prep systems
n
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe — because good chefs run tight ships
n
n
What you bring
n
n
- Trade qualification or solid hands-on experience in a similar high-volume venue
n
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and working as part of a team
n
- The ability to stay cool, focused and switched-on when it gets busy
n
- Robust food safety and kitchen management knowledge
n
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays and nights
n
