We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our Cosmetica Indooroopilly store in QLD on a fixed term until February 2027. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
n

- Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences
n
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback
n
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
n
n
What success looks like in this role:
n
n
- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail workplace where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
n
- A true passion for exceptional customer service,
going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
n
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
n
- A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
n
- Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.

- An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
