We're an Adelaide-based technology company delivering centralised infrastructure, monitoring, and connectivity services to a large network of client sites across South Australia. Our technology team supports a large, distributed operational environment and is currently in an active period of infrastructure transformation and platform modernisation.

The role

n

You'll be the hands-on engineer responsible for our on-premises, cloud, and network infrastructure across a multi-site environment. You'll own infrastructure decisions, work through complex problems independently, and know when to elevate. This is not a helpdesk role.

What you'll do

n

n
- Administer and maintain server, virtualisation, storage, and backup infrastructure
n
- Manage network infrastructure and security appliances across a large number of remote sites
n
- Maintain Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory environments
n
- Support the secure client-facing portal used for real-time reporting and data access
n
- Respond to infrastructure incidents and drive root-cause resolution
n
- Contribute to patching, change management, and documentation
n
- Support cybersecurity controls and respond to audit and compliance requirements
n
- Work alongside senior technical staff and external vendors on project delivery
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
n
- Backup and recovery experience
n
- Network firewall and WAN administration across multi-site environments
n
- Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID
n
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment with documentation and change control disciplines
n
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to work through problems methodically
n

Nice to have

- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
n
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or formal change management processes
n
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry
n
