Abano Healthcare is on the lookout for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across New South Wales to achieve operational, commercial, and clinical success.
n
- Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high‐performing, engaged, and customer‐focused practices.
n
- Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
n
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
n
- Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.
n
- Drive workforce planning, practice performance, and the successful delivery of regional and national initiatives.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare, dental, radiology, retail, hospitality, or another customer‐focused environment.
n
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‐performing teams across multiple locations.
n
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and operational excellence.
n
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and improving performance.
n
