We're seeking an experienced Applications Support Engineer to join the team supporting mission-critical systems. You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in 24/7 support coverage.
n
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
n
Solid in Java/J2EE, with knowledge of Microsoft, Python, PowerShell
n
Experience with on-prem & cloud hosting, monitoring, and capacity management
n
Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and technical documentation
n
Mentor junior team members and support process improvements
n
Security:
n You must be an Australian Citizen with active NV1 clearance (or Baseline with eligibility for upgrade).
