About the Role
n
Join a recovery-focused team where your expertise can help people achieve meaningful goals and greater independence. As an Occupational Therapist,
you'll deliver evidence-based care, build strong partnerships and support positive mental health outcomes.
n
n
- Assess consumer needs and develop tailored clinical plans
n
- Deliver individual and group interventions to support recovery
n
- Coordinate care and plan safe, successful discharges
n
- Collaborate with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Build community links that support integration and ongoing wellbeing
n
- Guide students, Allied Health Assistants and junior clinicians
n
- Contribute to education, quality improvement and clinical supervision
n
n
About You
n
You're a registered Occupational Therapist who brings sound clinical judgement, a recovery-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary environment.
n
n
- Hold a degree enabling registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
- Hold current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
n
- Apply evidence-based assessment and intervention skills
n
- Build therapeutic relationships and support collaborative care
n
- Communicate well, prioritise work and use sound clinical judgement
n
n
