About the Role

n

As Swim School Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of Fish N Flips Riverside Gardens.

n

You'll lead a high-performing Flips Crew, grow enrolments, build strong relationships with families and make sure every Little Fish receives a safe, structured and highly engaging learning experience.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role.

n

You'll teach. You'll coach. You'll problem-solve. You'll talk with families. You'll develop your Crew. You'll know what's happening across your venue and step in wherever you can make a difference.

n

You'll lead from the front and set the standard for what outstanding looks like.

n

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

n

You'll need to hold, or be willing to obtain and maintain:

- Current Blue Card
n
- Current CPR qualification
n
- Current First Aiden qualification
n
- Recognised Teacher(s) Food ???
n

Keeping qualifications and child-safety requirements current is an important part of working with Fish N Flips.
