Our client is a global, product-passionate SaaS company using powerful cloud-based software to transform how accounting firms manage compliance, workflows, and client engagement. With an ambitious growth strategy across APAC, they are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing accounting firm clients, while driving adoption of new solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and grow relationships with accounting firm clients across the SMB and mid-market segments.
n
- Lead the full sales cycle, from uncovering client needs and demonstrating value through to onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.
n
- Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption within existing accounts and convert new clients through consultative, value-based selling.
n
- Act as the key contact and trusted advisor, ensuring client success and maximising retention and growth.
n
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored and successfully implemented.
n

About You

n

n




- 2+ years in an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within accounting, finance, or compliance/audit software
n
- Proven track record selling into accounting firms or qualified services, with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions to their needs.
n
- Skilled in building long-term client relationships, driving retention, and expanding revenue opportunities.
n
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and consultative sales skills.
n
- Commercially astute, solutions-focused, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, following a structured and proven sales methodology.
