As a Property Manager, you will manage a well-maintained residential portfolio End to End while providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You will be supported by modern systems, established processes, and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish
n
Conducting routine inspections and entry, exit.
n
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors and tradespeople
n
Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy matters
n
Responding promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries
n
Processing tenancy applications and leasing activities
n
Attending QCAT hearings when required
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
n
About you
n
Previous experience in Property Management and/or Real Estate
n
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
n
A proactive and solution-focused attitude
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Current driver's license
n
Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Realworks, Vault, Snug, Ignite,
or similar software is highly regarded.
