You will oversee key retention programs and coordinate nationally consistent approaches with State and Territory teams, clubs, leagues and umpire groups.

The role is a 12-month maximum term and based at an AFL Head Office with national reach, spanning Victoria, Current South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.
