Performance Manager – Today Media Cremorne, VIC | Full-time, In-office | 4–7 years experience

This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior media practitioner ready to own a portfolio end-to-end.

Today Media is a specialist performance media agency built for the property and real estate sector. We work with Australia's leading developers and property brands, delivering integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

As Performance Manager, you'll own a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, lead a small team of Executives and Analysts, and be the person clients and your team rely on to make the right calls.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead integrated campaign delivery across digital (search, social, programmatic, display, video) and traditional (print, radio, OOH) channels
n
- Be hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
n
- Own day-to-day client relationships, leading presentations, performance reviews, and strategic conversations
n
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through expanded scopes and data-driven recommendations
n
- Deliver performance reporting with clear, commercial insight — not just platform metrics
n
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reconciliation across your client portfolio
n
- Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of Performance Executives and Analysts
n
- Contribute to new business pitches and broader business development activity
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 4 to 7 years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising including client-facing campaign leadership
n
- Robust hands‐on experience across Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
n
- Experience across traditional media (print, radio, OOH) is highly regarded
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships with confidence and commercial awareness
n
- Proven experience mentoring or developing junior team members
n
- Strong financial skills across budget management, forecasting, and reconciliation
n
- Property or real estate marketing experience is an advantage but not required
n
