We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead development efforts, handle Salesforce upgrades, and ensure successful integrations while collaborating closely with a dynamic Agile team. Experience within the broadcast or streaming media industry is beneficial, though not required.

What You'll Do

- Build, maintain, and manage exceptional Salesforce flows.

- Execute Salesforce upgrades and ensure successful integrations across platforms.

- Leverage strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling to solve complex problems.

- Collaborate effectively within a team environment using Agile principles and DevOps practices like Git and Gearset.

- Analyze data with high attention to detail to generate meaningful insights.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with proven development expertise.
n
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Developer 1 & 2.
n
- Robust communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
n
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and DevOps tools (ideally Git and Gearset).
n

Technical Depth
n
n
- Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling.
n
- Hands-on experience working with at least one industry cloud (such as Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud) alongside Data Cloud.
n
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex Salesforce flows and manage system upgrades.
n

Nice-to-Haves
n
n
- Industry experience in broadcast or streaming media.
n
- Experience with data migration.
n
- Highly desirable additional certifications, including Omnistudio Certification and Salesforce Architect credentials.
