Responsibilities

- Review customer application using RetainMe's CRM
n
- Contact pre-qualified customers by phone to provide lending advice at various stages of the home loan process
n
- Create best in class advice for our customers by understanding their needs and issuing high-quality recommendations.
n
- Manage an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively, efficiently and effectively.
n
- Work closely with our in-house customer success team to fulfil home loan applications.
n
- Communicate with lenders, bank managers, settlement agents and clients throughout the loan process
n

Skills and Experience

n

The successful candidate will possess the following:

n

n
- 2+ years of home lending experience within banking or mortgage broking
n
- Experience in assessing income and financial data to complete servicing calculations
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use initiative
n




- Strong work ethic and impeccable communication skills
n
- Completed or considering completing Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
n
- Ability to perform to the highest possible standard within a team environment
n
