Group Accounting Manager (12-Month Parental Leave Contract) Melbourne or Sydney

Play a key role in delivering the financial performance of some of Australia's most iconic brands (Bonds, Bras N Things, Sheridan, Berlei)

n

Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, you'll take ownership of Revenue, Inventory and Expense Accounting, lead month-end reporting and financial controls, and partner with senior leaders across the business. This is an opportunity to influence decision-making, drive continuous improvement and lead a high-performing team in a complex retail environment.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- CA/CPA qualification (this would be a great first step from Big 4)
n
- Strong accounting experience gained in a large corporate environment and/or Big 4 or mid-tier firm
n
- Financial reporting and technical accounting expertise
n
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
n
- Solid stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Leading the Group's Revenue, Inventory and Expense Accounting portfolios
n
- Driving month-end reporting,



financial controls and compliance activities
n
- Supporting executive reporting, forecasting and financial planning
n
- Managing internal and external audit requirements
n
- Leading and developing a team of finance professionals
n
