Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this newly created role offers the opportunity to build broad, hands‐on experience across digital marketing, content, communications and employee engagement. Working closely with our Content & Campaigns Manager and wider BDM team, you'll help bring the WK brand to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content and meaningful communications.

n

From social media and digital campaigns to internal initiatives and multimedia storytelling, you'll work across a diverse range of projects that support the firm's growth, profile and culture. It's a hands‐on role with plenty of variety, ownership and exposure, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to grow their marketing career.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and paid channels.
n
- Support campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
n
- Create, edit and publish content across internal and external channels.
n
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
n
- Coordinate video production, recording, editing and publication.
n




- Help identify new and creative ways to tell stories through digital and multimedia content.
n
- Track campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
n
- Work with stakeholders across the firm to support marketing, communications and profile‐raising initiatives.

About you:

You may have experience in marketing, communications or digital content and be looking for an opportunity that offers variety, development and exposure across multiple disciplines.
