We are excited to be expanding our presence across Myer nationally and are looking for a passionateConcession Supervisorto lead and grow our new Commonry concession atMyer Morley

n

As a Concession Supervisor, you will bring the Commonry experience to life by leading your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO:

n

n
- Mentor, lead and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales and service goals
n
- Drive concession performance through strong commercial acumen and ownership of budgets and growth expectations
n
- Build strong customer relationships and create personalised styling experiences
n
- Manage stock levels, inventory and loss prevention practices to maximise sales opportunities
n
- Ensure the concession maintains Commonry's visual standards and brand presentation
n
- Partner effectively with Myer leaders and team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
n

THE PERFECT FIT:

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within fashion retail
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial outcomes
n
- A people-centric leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
n




- Robust communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
n
- Confidence providing feedback, recognising achievements and creating a positive team culture
n
- Experience managing stock, inventory and loss prevention processes.
n
