This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major Brisbane development with a builder known for delivering high-quality apartment, commercial and industrial projects across Queensland.

The Opportunity

n

You'll take full ownership of site operations, working closely with the Construction Manager and leading subcontractors and site teams through to completion.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
n
- Driving programme, sequencing and delivery
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
n
- Coordinating trades and key stakeholders
n
- Keeping the project on track from structure through to completion
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for a proven Site Manager with experience delivering multi-storey projects valued at $30M+. You'll ideally have multi-residential experience,



however strong commercial or industrial backgrounds will also be considered in the Tier 1 or 2 space.

- Proven Site Management experience on $20M+ projects

- Strong subcontractor and site team management skills

- Sound understanding of construction sequencing and programming

- Robust focus on quality, safety and delivery
