GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and Current Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‐career professional seeking growth within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

- Provide tele‐ and on‐site technical support as well as post‐sales support.
n
- Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
n
- Report and follow up with head office on product failures with clear documentation.
n
- Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
n
- Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‐in‐class customer experience.
n
- Maintain regular follow‐ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.
n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.
n




- Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
n
- Strong analytical and independent problem‐solving skills.
n
- Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Team‐player who works effectively in a collaborative environment.
n
- Friendly, positive, and customer‐driven attitude.
n
- Excellent time‐management and organizational skills.
n
- Adaptability to frequent travel.

- Valid driving license.
