What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for the patient experience – calm, professional, and personal. Your day will include:

- Welcoming every patient with empathy and professionalism from hello to goodbye

- Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care

- Keeping the clinic running smoothly coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team

- Answering calls and emails efficiently, ensuring every interaction feels personal and valued

- Maintaining a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our premium brand

- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless, five-star experience every time

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services ideally in dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury retail (1+ years)
