We arecurrently seeking experienced Care Worker toprovide daily support to our residents at BethaniePeel

This roleis available on a casualbasis.

Our CareWorkers are an integral part of the care and support we provide toour residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience ina similar role will be highly regarded.

AboutYou

- Previous experienceworking in an aged care or hospital environment
- Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
- Ability to work wellas a team and also independently
- Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
- Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations
- National Police Checkor NDIS Clearance.

TheRole





- Assesscare plans and ensure residents’ needs are met
- Ensureservices (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic andinterest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- Deliver personal caretasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity andrespect
- Ensureresidents’ rooms and the facility setting is maintained toan appropriate standard
