Anketell Family Practice & Skin Clinic is currently seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join their team in a full time role working with Anketell, WA.

The applicant will provide competent patient-centred care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness. Such care is based on latest evidence and guidelines and meets legislative requirements.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Provide high-quality clinical care, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, communicate results and arrange appropriate referrals where required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, clinical documentation and medical reports.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, practice management, reception staff and external healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Build respectful, professional relationships with patients, taking into account their individual and cultural needs.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge, skilled standards,



CPR certification and immunisation requirements through ongoing professional development.
- Participate in practice accreditation, clinical audits and centre-based activities.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, practice policies and clinical procedures.
- Respond to patient feedback and complaints professionally and appropriately.
- Manage administrative and clinical tasks efficiently, including correspondence, recalls, reminders, telephone calls and documentation.
- Maintain professional integrity, including appropriate billing practices, declaring conflicts of interest and reporting incidents in line with practice requirements.
- Keep up to date with relevant Medicare item numbers, incentives and changes affecting general practice.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with community services, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare providers.

Applicants must have:
- Registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar General Practitioner role
- Current medical indemnity insurance
- Current driver's licence

The successful applicant will be offered 70% of billings, with an expected income of $180,000 - $220,000 per year.
