The Role
Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global ticketing your day to day duties will range from
- Managing escalated and complex ticketing operational issues
- Acting as the technical lead for automation projects including AI integration
- Supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions including Account Management and implementation teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

What Do you Need
This is not another Fares & Ticketing role you will need:
- Exceptional fares knowledge & manual ticketing skills is a must
- Strong GDS skills preferably across multiple systems - Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus
- An in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end ticket cycle, including BSP, complex exchanges, and refunds.
- Background in airline technical support highly desirable
- Previous experience working across projects involving NDC content and GDS systems.
