We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Shop Operations: Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
- Waste Management: Take out bins as necessary.
- MarketShifts: Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.
- Money Handling: Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.
- Kitchen Assistance:



Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Requirements

- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee.
- Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward assisting colleagues.

Employment Details
This role will be offered under a part-time employee agreement. You will work approximately 2 shifts per week, including weekends. Additional hours may be available during peak periods or for market events.
