as Travel Experience Specialists in a

will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination
guidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout their

entire planning process.

As a Travel
Experience Specialist, you will work remotely while helping clients transform
their travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries

via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly
manner.

- Assist travelers in planning

their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel
experiences.

- Provide clear and accurate

information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination
details.

- Organize itineraries and

coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.

- Support travelers with

updates, recommendations,



and pre-travel preparation.

- Build robust relationships

with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
