- Costco Ardeer - Melbourne
- Part Time 24hrs minimum 5 days a week
- Rotating roster which will include weekend work hours between 5am-11pm

Job Duties/Essential Functions

- Inspects and reassembles equipment sanitised previous night

- Reworks display case and rotates merchandise

- Takes large trays of packaged meat from large wheeled rack and places individual packages into automatic wrappingmachine

- Follows safety and security procedures

- Labels merchandise and puts wrapped and labelled merchandise in display case

- Operates meat grinder

- Follows proper department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished merchandise

- Cleans and sanitises area throughout the day•Performs duties to comply with health code

- Performs routine maintenance for machinery, equipment

- Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of allequipment required by this position

- Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance,



Food Safety Certification, and all safetytraining required by warehouse and Meat department

- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary

- Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service to members, employees and vendors.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery

- Commercial grinder, wheeled racks, wrapping machine and pressure washer.
