We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who wants to play a key role in scaling Skye's commercial growth across the Nordics and Europe.

At Skye, your role will be critical to our continued growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers and strategic partnerships, primarily within energy-intensive industries. Working closely with senior decision-makers and C-level executives, you will help industrial companies understand how Skye can transform the way they consume, optimize, and trade energy.

About the role
The role is broad, commercial, and highly operational. You will drive complex B2B sales processes from initial outreach and first customer dialogue through to agreement and long-term strategic partnership.

Our sales processes are consultative and often involve multiple stakeholders across senior management, operations, production, and energy. You will need to understand the customer's business, identify where Skye can create meaningful impact, and bring the right internal expertise into the dialogue.

You will among other things:

Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opening doors to negotiation, agreement, and long-term partnership

Build trusted relationships and engage with C-level executives and other senior decision-makers

Identify and develop new business opportunities, primarily within energy-intensive industries

Understand customers' operations and translate Skye's offering into clear business value and measurable impact

Work closely with Skye's experts across energy, AI, automation, product, and technology throughout the sales process

Contribute hands-on to developing our commercial strategy,



processes, and ways of working

Over time, play an important role in building and scaling the commercial organization

The role reports to the CEO and is based in (Stockholm) Sweden, Norway or Finland.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on person with experience from complex B2B sales and business development. You know how to open doors, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive longer sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.

You likely have:

Several years of experience from B2B sales, business development, management consulting, or a similar commercially oriented role

Experience from, or strong exposure to, industrial companies and complex operational environments

Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level executives

A track record of driving complex sales processes from initial dialogue to commercial agreement

The ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into clear business value for customers

It is a plus if you have:





Experience from energy-intensive industries, energy, or industrial technology

Experience selling software, technology, or other complex solutions to industrial customers

Experience working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, or early-stage workplace

Experience building strategic partnerships with large industrial companies
