An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Structures Foreman to join the site leadership team on a high-profile mixed-use development featuring luxury residential towers, premium retail offerings and extensive public realm works.

Working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structure delivery from basement through to top-out, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.

This project is about to commence and offers long-term stability with over 7 years of secured work ahead.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all structural trades and subcontractors
- Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tension activities
- Driving construction programmes and weekly work fronts
- Delivering high-quality outcomes in line with project specifications
- Managing site safety, toolbox talks and daily pre-starts
- Monitoring productivity and identifying programme risks




- Working closely with consultants and the project delivery team
- Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
- Robust understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Trade qualification preferred
