The Opportunity
The Chief Executive Officer will drive the next phase of growth by leading;
- Commercialisation of scientific innovations, including identifying and assessing scientific opportunities and translating scientific development into commercial outcomes.
- Strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement across government, industry, research and investment sectors.
- Investment judgement and portfolio oversight to ensure decisions deliver significant outcomes.
The Requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple sectors.
- A solid record of deal-making, commercialisation and business development, including taking innovative technologies, products or systems through to market adoption.
- Tertiary qualification in biosciences, agriculture, biotechnology, medtech or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience, providing the technical credibility to engage with complex programs, technologies and stakeholders.
