About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-site workforce, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and payroll compliance requirements.
- Administer employee life cycle payroll activities, including commencements, departures, leave processing, adjustments and reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and supporting information for the Finance team.
- Contribute to payroll and HR system enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and strengthen payroll controls.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience in a complex,
multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, EBAs and compliance requirements.
- Experience driving process improvements and enhancing payroll systems.
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to best practice.
- Confidence interpreting awards, leave provisions, allowances and payroll conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
