We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team at Roccella.

n

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen, preferably with a background in Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and maintaining consistent quality and presentation while following our recipes and kitchen standards.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards

n

Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation

n

Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures

n

Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation

n

Assist with preparation and daily kitchen operations

n





Follow stock rotation and correct food storage procedures

n

Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services

n
