Do you want to help shape how a fast-growing energy tech platform is positioned, developed, and brought to market?

SKYE is a fast-growing energy tech company helping industrial businesses unlock and commercialise their energy flexibility. By combining technology, energy market expertise, and a deep understanding of industrial operations, SKYE enables customers to optimise their energy use and create value from increasingly energetic electricity markets.

Backed by strong owners, SKYE combines the pace and entrepreneurial culture of a startup with the ambition and resources to scale.

We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take a central role in how SKYE's platform and offering are positioned, communicated, and developed as the company grows.

Please email us your application and attach your CV by clicking on the apply button below.

About the role
This is a broad and highly hands-on role at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and marketing.

Your main focus will be SKYE's platform and offering: understanding what customers need, how the product creates value, how it should be positioned, and how that is translated into strong commercial communication and go-to-market activities.

There is also a brand dimension to the role, but this is not primarily a traditional brand or communications position.

You will be expected to think strategically and set direction, but equally importantly, to execute. SKYE is still a relatively lean organisation, and the right person will be comfortable moving between developing the strategy and creating the material, messaging, and activities needed to make it happen.

The position is based at SKYE's headquarters in Stockholm, where you will work closely with colleagues across the business in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

You will among other things:

Develop the positioning, value proposition, and messaging for SKYE's platform and solutions

Build a deep understanding of customers, use cases, and competitive alternatives

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Energy to translate product capabilities into clear customer value

Lead go-to-market planning for new products, functionality, and offerings

Develop sales enablement material, presentations, customer cases, and product communication

Own and develop relevant product marketing content across channels

Contribute to SKYE's overall brand and external positioning

Analyse competitors, customer needs, and market developments

Help create structure and scalable ways of working as the company grows

Coordinate external partners and agencies when relevant, while remaining personally involved in execution

Who we are looking for
We believe you have experience from product marketing, product management, commercial product development, or a similar role, preferably within technology, SaaS, energy, or another complex B2B environment.

You are someone who can move comfortably between the strategic and the operational. You enjoy defining what should be done, but you are equally comfortable opening the presentation, writing the copy, building the business case, or preparing the launch yourself.

You likely have:

Experience from product marketing, product management, or commercial product development

Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled services

Ability to translate technical functionality into clear customer value

Strong commercial and customer orientation

Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A structured and analytical mindset

A highly hands-on, entrepreneurial approach

It is a plus if you have:

Experience from industrial AI, industrial software, automation, or other complex technology environments

Experience working with industrial customers and an understanding of their operations and challenges

Experience from the energy sector

To succeed in the role and thrive with us, we believe you:

Are entrepreneurial and enjoy a fast-paced environment

Like combining strategy with hands-on execution

Take ownership and turn ideas into tangible output

Are curious and enjoy understanding complex technology and industrial processes

Have a strong commercial mindset and naturally think from the customer's perspective

Are comfortable building from the ground up

Collaborate easily across product, tech, and commercial teams

SKYE is a fast-growing, VC-backed energy tech company based in Stockholm, developing an AI-driven software platform for industry. The platform enables energy-intensive companies to optimize, control, and trade their electricity consumption in real time by connecting production systems with energy markets and automating decisions based on data and price signals. The result is typically 20-40% lower energy costs while improving competitiveness and contributing to a more stable and sustainable energy system.

SKYE combines energy market expertise, industrial knowledge, and AI-driven optimization in one solution and operates in a rapidly growing market driven by increased price volatility and electrification. The company is in an early but commercially proven phase, with live customers and robust momentum as it expands across the Nordics and Europe.
