What’s on offer?

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, detail-focused Project Support Officer to support a busy Fulton Hogan Utilities project team, based in Perth, WA. With a strong focus on administration, reporting, data management and process controls, you’ll help keep projects on track and provide accurate information needed for confident decision-making.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

Supporting day-to-day project coordination and administration

Preparing and maintaining project documents, registers, reports and meeting minutes

Tracking milestones, actions, risks, issues and deadlines

Assisting with dashboards, KPI reporting and management reporting packs

Supporting timesheets, resource tracking, procurement and invoice processing

Coordinating meetings, workshops, onboarding and mobilisation activities

Maintaining accurate records, version control and document management.

How you'll connect to the role:

Relevant qualification in Business Administration,



Project Management or related field

Experience in project administration, business support or project coordination in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction or energy will be highly regarded

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data

Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with managers, project teams and customers

Power BI or similar reporting tool experience is a bonus
