This retail organisation is one of Australia's most recognised brands, with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Tullamarine, the business continues to evolve and requires an experienced Accountant to provide immediate support during a key period for the finance team.

Job Description

- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity
- Assist with statutory compliance and audit requirements
- Manage accounting activities across multiple entities
- Process and reconcile foreign currency transactions
- Maintain and utilise MYOB for financial reporting and transactional processing
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and forecasting
- Support process improvement initiatives and finance projects as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information





The Successful Applicant

- CA or CPA qualified (essential) and experience as a Financial Accountant
- Strong MYOB experience (essential)
- Proven experience working in a multi-entity environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-currency transactions and reporting
- Solid reconciliation, reporting, and month-end accounting skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Retail, wholesale, or consumer products experience will be highly regarded
- Available to start immediately
