What You'll Be Doing
Person-Centred Care
Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care that supports positive health outcomes and quality of life for patients and residents.
Clinical Care Delivery
Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Communication & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
Professional Practice
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and practise within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
Leadership & Development
Support orientation, mentoring and preceptorship activities while acting as a positive role model within the clinical environment.
What You Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Commitment to providing safe, person-centred and evidence-based care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if required)
- Rights to work in Australia
