Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your aged care career?

Collar Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to join a well-established residential aged care provider in the Albury region of NSW.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinical leader to step into a senior role, strengthen their leadership skills and progress their career within aged care.

The Role:

- Lead and support clinical teams within residential aged care
n
- Drive high standards of clinical care and resident outcomes
n
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to nursing staff
n
- Support compliance, accreditation and clinical governance
n




- Work collaboratively with management and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous experience in residential aged care
n
- Robust clinical knowledge and leadership skills
n
- Experience in a senior nursing, Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar role
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
