- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control

- Manage warehouse personnel and performance

- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of freight

- Maintain high levels of customer service, productivity and safety
n
- Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a busy warehouse environment
n
- Strong warehouse management and operational leadership skills
n
- Experience working in a pick and pack setting
n
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead warehouse staff
n
- Strong systems and computer skills, including warehouse management systems
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
