We are partnering with a growing national allied health provider seeking a Physiotherapist to join their established Brisbane team, servicing clients across the southern suburbs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physio who enjoys working independently, building meaningful client relationships and having the flexibility to manage their own day without being tied to a clinic.
The Role Working predominantly with older Australians in their own homes, you’ll provide evidence-based physiotherapy focused on helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
Your caseload may include:
- Mobility, strength and balance
- Falls prevention
- Rehabilitation and reconditioning
- Exercise prescription
- Functional assessments
- Maintaining independence at home
- Client and family education
- Ongoing physiotherapy intervention and review
You’ll also collaborate with families, care providers and other allied health professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated, person-centred care.

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Regular access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a community setting
- A genuine interest in supporting older Australians
- Availability to service Brisbane's southern suburbs
Previous community or aged care experience would be highly regarded, however Physiotherapists from other clinical backgrounds looking to transition into community care are encouraged to apply.
