The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process and coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, sales and operations teams
- Prepare quotes, invoices, order confirmations and relevant documentation
- Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems




- Build solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide general customer service and administrative support as required

About You:

- Previous SAP experience is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing customer orders from end to end
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities
- Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or another product-based environment is highly regarded
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach

The Benefits:

- $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
