About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to join a friendly Paediatric Private Practice in South East Melbourne. In this senior role, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to the speech pathology team while maintaining your own caseload of clients with a range of communication disorders varying across ASD/Autism, language difficulties, social difficulties, articulation, literacy and stuttering.

Work alongside teachers, support workers and other health care professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients and families, guide clinical standards and assessment practices, and shape service development. Enjoy the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and complete reports and admin work from home.
This is a permanent full-time position, but part-time (4 days) will also be considered. Flexible working is supported, including 4 long days with Fridays off.

About You:

- Completed Speech Pathology tertiary degree (essential)
- Full SPA registration (essential)
- Demonstrated senior or clinical lead experience in paediatric speech pathology (essential)
- Experience supervising and mentoring clinicians
- Current driver's licence and car (essential)
- Desire to lead, learn and develop
- Caring interpersonal skills
- Proficient communication, organisational and computer skills
- Working with Children Check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia (essential)
