Data Processing Officer – Secure Operations

- $40 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- Full-time, fully office based
- 12 month temporary assignment
- ASAP start

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Data Processing Officer to join a large, highly regarded organisation based in Craigieburn.

This is a process driven administrative role working within a secure operational environment. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, recording and processing sensitive materials, maintaining records and ensuring established procedures and controls are followed at all times.

Key responsibilities:

- Receive, process, record and securely store sensitive materials
- Complete high volume data entry and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all processing and control procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Provide general administrative and business support to the wider team
- Work collaboratively within a secure workplace, including completing tasks under dual-control procedures




- Follow established policies, procedures and security requirements
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or processing issues when required

About you:This role would suit someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working within clearly defined processes and procedures.

- Previous experience in data entry, administration, processing, banking, cash handling or a similarly process driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence working with large volumes of information and repetitive processing tasks
- The ability to follow detailed procedures and established processes
- A trustworthy and professional approach when handling confidential or sensitive information
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
