Dynamic Maintenance Services is seeking experienced and highly capable tradespeople for workshop and field-service roles based in the Kalgoorlie region.

These positions are FIFO from Perth.

We are currently seeking:

- Heavy Diesel Fitters

- Mobile Plant Mechanics

- Auto Electricians

- Drivetrain Component Specialists

- Underground Mobile Plant Specialists

- Experienced Field Service Technicians

Dynamic Maintenance Services is a Western Australian mining maintenance company specialising in underground mobile plant, heavy earthmoving equipment and drivetrain component repairs.

Our work includes:

- Workshop repairs and machine rebuilds

- Field-service and breakdown support

- Major component change-outs

- Transmission, differential and axle repairs

- Drivetrain component rebuilds

- Scheduled servicing and inspections

- Mechanical and hydraulic repairs

- Auto-electrical diagnostics and repairs

- Technical support and maintenance consultancy

DMS is a practical, hands-on company led by experienced tradespeople who understand mining maintenance and the importance of completing work safely and correctly.

The Roles





Depending on your trade and experience, duties may include:

- Fault finding and diagnostics

- Major machine repairs and rebuilds

- Component change-outs and overhauls

- Transmission, differential and axle rebuilds

- Drivetrain inspection, repair and testing

- Scheduled servicing and inspections

- Hydraulic and mechanical repairs

- Electrical diagnostics and repairs

- Breakdown support

- Field-service work

- Quality-control inspections

Field-service personnel must be confident working independently and capable of making sound decisions in the field.

Drivetrain specialists must have proven experience in the dismantling, inspection, rebuilding and testing of mining equipment drivetrain components.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

- A recognised Australian trade qualification

- Relevant experience on mining or heavy mobile equipment

- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- A current Australian driver’s licence

- A strong commitment to safety

- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical

- The ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

- The ability to fly from Perth

Experience with underground mining equipment, transmissions, axles, differentials, torque converters and final drives will be highly regarded.
